The GRAB source code can be found in 'Code/', all data required to reproduce the experiments can be found in 'Data/'.

To avoid copyright issues, we only point out the sources for other tools in this README and how we called the tools.

 Kingfisher - www.cs.uef.fi/~whamalai/kingfisher1.2b.tar.gz

 Call:

	./kingfisher -i input.dat -k fnum -M -6.9 -q 10000000 -o output.txt

with fnum the largest item index.

 Hyper+ - http://www.cs.kent.edu/~dfuhry/cdb2/

 Call:

	./bin/cdb fci input.dat 5 0.1

Pack - given in pack folder
The original pack version (http://eda.mmci.uni-saarland.de/prj/pack/) revealed severe memory problems and we were not able to process most data sets.
We instead relied on a faster, more recent implementation of Alexander Marx shipped with the Crack algorithm (https://www.springerprofessional.de/causal-inference-on-multivariate-and-mixed-type-data/16412950), which we provide in the 'Pack/' folder.

 Call:

	./crack.run -i input.dat -t 'd' -z output.txt

GRAB - given in code folder

 Call:

	./GRAB input.db output.txt

 Apriori - http://borgelt.net/apriori.html

 Call:

	./apriori -tr -sMINSUP -o -cMINCONF input.dat output.txt

with MINSUP and MINCONF set accordingly by the search grid.
